Growing TaRL in the Community
After the successful completion of our TaRL pilot, we’re not slowing down —...
At Aloha Foundation Uganda, we believe that education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty and unlocking opportunities for a brighter future. We are committed to changing the narrative in Northern Uganda ensuring children learn in a way that is engaging, effective, and tailored to their needs.
The Play & Learn Initiative (PaLI) is a child-centered educational program designed to combine interactive learning, structured TaRL sessions, and life skills development. This initiative is built on the belief that children learn best when education is engaging, practical, and tailored to their individual needs.
PaLI is more than just a classroom intervention—it is a holistic approach to education that ensures children acquire literacy and numeracy skills, develop confidence, and gain essential life skills that prepare them for future success.
Teachers are the backbone of quality education. We provide training, mentoring, and ongoing support to help teachers deliver effective, child-centered instruction.
Children thrive when their families and the community at large are involved in their education.
We foster strong partnerships between schools, parents, and local leaders to create a supportive learning environment
